Top 8 Most Expensive Buckhead Home Sales of 2017

2017 was a banner year for real estate in Buckhead. Many high-end homes over $5 million that had been on the market through the real estate recession sold. With these homes cleared out of the market, luxury home sales in Buckhead are now are now on better footing due to lower inventory.

Even though it was a great year overall, 2017 sales did not surpass the top two sales of 2016, which included Tyler Perry’s $17.5 million home and my sale of Villa Juanita for $7.2 million.

Below I have compiled a list of the top 8 most expensive home sales in Buckhead during 2017. Enjoy the birds-eye view and my comments on each.
