At A Glance

For generations, young families have flocked to Buckhead’s Wildwood neighborhood to live in cute cottages on forested lots. The neighborhood has a nice manicured feel with homes and cottages tucked into this small pocket of Buckhead. With I-75 serving as its western border, Wildwood has a glorious lack of cut-through streets, keeping outside traffic to a minimum for residents. Wildwood is also known to have an active community life, with social events planned monthly for adults and children. However, every day is a play day at the hidden neighborhood park, a 6.8-acre jewel named Beaverbrook Park.

If you run out of things to do at Beaverbrook Park, you are just a short walk (or stroller push) to Memorial Park, which features a playground, ball fields, and forest hiking trails. A major park improvement plan is also in the works.
