Westover Plantation is an active gated community of 280 elegant English traditional town homes situated on the southwest side of Buckhead, just minutes from West Midtown and Downtown Atlanta. Westover Plantation is a straight shot down Marietta Street or Howell Mill Rd to all the hip new hot spots popping up on the west side of town, like Westside Provisions District.  Even closer are the casual dining, urban retailers and home decorating boutiques along Collier Rd, Defoors Ferry Rd and Chattahoochee Avenue.

It’s peaceful and serene, but many find the almost-edgy location right on Buckhead’s SW border to be a downside.

Location

Westover Plantation is west of I-75 between north of Defoors Ferry Rd and south of Moores Mill Rd. It’s in that sweet spot right between the serenity of Buckhead and the activity headed south.
