At A Glance

Peaceful winding streets guide you through Memorial Park, showcasing Buckhead’s natural beauty and humble charm. The neighborhood is dominated by its namesake park, with Peachtree Creek flowing through the heart of it. Morning joggers, afternoon playground sessions with the kids, and neighbors from all around take advantage of the trails, fields, and lively playground set in the center of Atlanta Memorial Park. The well-maintained homes enjoy the fine curb appeal enhanced by the natural frontage that the park and creek provide.

Recent enhancements include sidewalks which connect the Memorial Park neighborhood to even more recreation just across Northside Drive. There you will find the Bitsy Grant Tennis Center, Bobby Jones Golf Course,  Boone’s restaurant and a connection to Atlanta’s pedestrian Beltline! As Atlanta’s third- largest park, Memorial Park is the envy of many who wish for a friendly neighborhood centered around recreational activities. A fantastic location, it’s a straight shot northbound along Northside Drive to Buckhead, or head south and you’re in Georgia Tech and Midtown.

What We Love

A friendly, peaceful neighborhood centered around recreational activities.  Great walking, connection to the Beltline, and an updated playground. The Atlanta Memorial Park Conservancy is working to improve the park, learn more or get involved HERE.

What We Don’t

The park is in a floodplain, so it floods during heavy rains.

Real Estate

Home prices range from $900,000 to over $2,000,000, featuring traditional and modest cottage homes with southern charm and tidy curb appeal.

Location

The Atlanta Memorial Park neighborhood is nestled south of Peachtree Battle Avenue, east of Howell Mill Road and west of Northside Drive directly across from Bobby Jones Golf Course.
