Wesley Battle is a tiny pocket of lovely homes on the west side of Buckhead. It is also known as West Peachtree Battle.  It is mainly comprised of just three streets that cross this neighborhood of less than 250 homes: W. Wesley Rd, Peachtree Battle, and Bohler Rd.

Although tucked away, Wesley Battle is is surrounded by surface streets which will take you to where you need to go – to work in Midtown along Northside Drive or I-75, grocery shopping at Publix on the corner of W Paces Ferry and Northside Pkwy, or for a playdate at the nearby Buckhead YMCA.

What We Love

Despite the somewhat remote feel of Wesley Battle, the sidewalks along Peachtree Battle connect walkers and joggers all the way to Peachtree Rd with beautiful scenery along the way.

What We Don’t

Wesley Battle directly abuts Interstate 75 on its West side, there is road noise despite the sound barrier.

Home prices start in the $900Ks. Traditional brick architecture with a southern influence dominates. Lately new construction is also an option.
