At A Glance
Peachtree Park is a lovely historic pocket nestled in the heart of Buckhead’s bustling commercial center. Storybook cottages line quiet streets….but look up and you see the glittering towers of Peachtree Road nearly overhead.
The popular historic neighborhood has preserved its welcoming peaceful atmosphere as the city builds around it. Through-streets that once connected shoppers to Lenox Mall and Peachtree Street have been closed to car traffic, but still maintain pedestrian walkways for easy walking access…that means no traffic in the neighborhood!
Adjacent Lenox Mall puts on one of the largest fireworks displays in the Southeast, and the entire Peachtree Park neighborhood gathers to enjoy them together. Other fun events include the 4th of July Kids Parade, Easter egg hunt, community garden, and Peachtree Park 5k race.See Peachtree Park Homes for Sale
What We Love
The families that fill the 550 homes in the tight-knit Peachtree Park neighborhood boast the busiest social calendar in Buckhead.
What We Don’t
Being in the heart of the city is a wonderful feature for walkability. However, it makes ingress and egress by vehicle to Peachtree Park a little more of a chore.
Homes in Peachtree Park overflow with character, and inviting curb appeal gives the community a storybook charm. Prices start around $500,000 and rise to $2 million.

Around The Block
The halloween festivities are a legendary annual highlight, which seem to get the adults more excited than the children! The Peachtree Park Civic Association play dates are organized regularly, and entire streets are closed to allow the children to take over. The crowning event of the year is definitely the 4th of July celebration.
