Driving down many streets in the Paces neighborhood, it would be easy to imagine yourself in the hills of North Georgia. The neighborhood has rolling topography, dense forest, and secluded properties. Often referred to as Buckhead’s River District, Paces is nestled into a broad curve of the Chattahoochee River. Home to The Westminster Schools and Lovett, these elite private schools attract many families to the neighborhood, resulting in a nice “bump” in the real estate market every year when acceptance letters go out.

An exclusive area, residences include predominantly single-family homes, but you will find very nice townhomes tucked away between subdivisions. With a desirable location and beautiful acreage lots, you will see large traditional and European style estate homes replacing the older brick bungalows that once populated the area.
