Ridgedale Park

At A Glance

Since the neighborhood’s inception in the 1920s, the Buckhead community of Ridgedale Park has been a charming enclave of Tudor Revival and cottage style homes. A little more than 100 homes, many of which are occupied by renters, are set far back on rolling lots. A half dozen streets gently wind through the neighborhood which is bordered by railroad tracks and Roxboro Road along the southeastern edge and Peachtree Road to the north.

While Ridgedale Park is within walking distance of both Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza its residents enjoy a serene, peaceful setting in the heart of Buckhead. Children benefit from some of the city’s best schools, attending Sarah Smith Elementary, Sutton Middle School, and North Atlanta High School.

What We Love

Ridgedale Park residents are close enough to walk to the Lenox and Phipps shopping centers and some of the best dining and entertainment in Buckhead. Despite this busy location, the neighborhood is quite peaceful.

What We Don’t

As with some other Buckhead neighborhoods, Living close to the action means dealing with traffic along Peachtree Road.
