Although nestled in a bustling area, Brookwood Hills has retained its peaceful feel and its reputation as an established, well-loved, tight-knit community. Portions of the neighborhood are prone to flooding, and some road noise bleeds through the trees from the nearby convergence of I-75/I-85/GA400.
