Stanford Court is a stone’s throw from Piedmont Park and an easy walk to Trader Joes, the Beltline or even to Peachtree St. Even though this 2-bedroom condo is less than 1,000 sqft, the bedrooms are spacious enough for full-size beds, the living room can hold a sectional and there’s even a place to eat in the kitchen. It’s an upstairs (not all the way) corner unit so the extra windows bring in so much sunlight, necessary in attached living. Bonuses: A previous owner had a washer/ dryer unit installed so they (and YOU!) don’t have to use the basement laundry room, unless you want to.
