The average sale price rose slightly last month to $1.5mil, and the top five sale prices were all over $5 million. These statistics are based on MLS records, and don’t include off-market sales.
109 condominiums and townhomes were sold in Buckhead in November. Sale prices were between $165,000 and $2.025 million, with an average price of $465,000. The high end of the condo market was strong last month, with seven sales over $1 million.
