On Wednesday, Sept. 23, Luella, one of Buckhead’s buzziest steakhouses, will host the Hundred Acre Charity Wine Dinner, a one-night-only, five-course experience limited to 30 guests. Tickets are $1,000 per person, with 100% of the proceeds going to Camp Twin Lakes to help reach the $30,000 fundraising goal.
Hundred Acre Wine
The evening is more than a luxury wine dinner; the partnership with Hundred Acre Wines brings some of Napa Valley’s most coveted pours to Buckhead. Founded in 1999 by former investment banker Jayson Woodbridge, Hundred Acre is renowned for its meticulous craftsmanship and limited production.
The winery says it has earned 78 perfect 100-point scores across 20 vintages — more than any other winemaker — and collectors join waiting lists, sometimes five years long, for the chance to buy a single bottle.
For Buckhead’s savviest diners, the dinner doubles as a rare seat at a table few in Buckhead will ever see set. Luella’s Executive Chef Stuart Rogers will present a menu created for the occasion, beginning with a reception and continuing through paired courses that span all three labels in the Woodbridge portfolio: Summer Dreams, Fortunate Son, and Hundred Acre. According to the announcement, many of the evening’s selections range from $2,000 to $3,000 per bottle.
Philanthropic Mission
Camp Twin Lakes, a Georgia non-profit, offers fully adaptive camp programs designed so that young campers can discover independence, build confidence, and form lifelong friendships in an environment tailored to their needs.
