Kolter Urban, a Florida-based real estate development and investment firm, officially broke ground on the highly anticipated Elyse Buckhead this spring. Centrally located in Buckhead at 102 West Paces Ferry Road, the 20-story condominium currently has contracts underway with sales approaching $60 million.

“Atlanta has consistently been a strong and important market for Kolter Urban, and Elyse Buckhead represents a natural next step in our continued growth in the city,” said Aaron Taulbee, Regional President of Kolter Urban. “Building on our existing presence in Buckhead, this project introduces a refined residential offering that adds to the neighborhood’s continued evolution as one of the premier luxury destinations in the Southeast.”

Elyse Buckhead marks the developer’s third project in Atlanta, following the Dillon Buckhead and Graydon Buckhead. Future tenants can look forward to 63,000 square feet of luxe indoor and outdoor amenities, including a resort-style pool with private cabanas, a sports lounge with a simulator, a screening theater and pet wash station, and full-service wellness offerings.
In April, St. Regis Atlanta unveiled a poolside collaboration with luxury Italian lifestyle brand ETRO, an exclusive partnership that comes just in time for summer. “Our collaboration with The St. Regis Atlanta introduces our first takeover in a U.S. hotel following a series of meaningful projects in Italy and promising developments in the residential segment. The lifestyle dimension of our brand, together with the maison’s inherent eclecticism, allows for multiple interpretations while remaining faithful to our heritage. The project at The St. Regis Atlanta expresses our view of contemporary luxury, where spaces are elevated through creativity, cultural awareness, and a strong sense of identity,” says Fabrizio Cardinali, CEO at ETRO.

Matching expertly with the existing visuals across the property, custom ETRO fabric adorns host uniforms, umbrellas, awnings, and accent pillows on the poolside lounge chairs, along with chair covers and acrylic placements at the café adjacent to the pool. “This collaboration brings together two iconic brands with a deep appreciation for heritage and design,” says Julia McKelvey, Director of Sales & Marketing at the St. Regis Atlanta. “ETRO’s exclusive fabric for our address breathes fresh life into the St. Regis Atlanta Pool Piazza, enhancing the luxurious ambiance our guests know and love while further defining the St. Regis Atlanta as the city’s premier in-town resort destination.”
