These homes represent the top-tier of homes in our market, and 2022 was no exception. Our top sales this year range from the low $6 millions to the low $9 millions. The list of the top Buckhead home sales in 2021 was remarkably similar with the exception of a record-setting outlier that closed for $18,100,000.
