September’s figures from FMLS show that Buckhead real estate is still a hot commodity. 100 homes closed in Buckhead, for an average price of $1,463,596. The top property sold for $8.375 million, and second place went for $6.7 million. The other end of the market saw prices as low as $390,000.

The condominium market in Buckhead was strong in September. We didn’t see the BIG condo sales we did in August, but 152 condos changed hands for prices between $128,000 and $3 million. The average condominium sold was a 1,461 sqr ft home for around $388,000.
