Peachtree Park

Peachtree Park Neighborhood Buckhead Atlanta

At A Glance

Peachtree Park is a lovely historic pocket nestled in the heart of Buckhead’s bustling commercial center. Storybook cottages line quiet streets….but look up and you see the glittering towers of Peachtree Road nearly overhead.

The popular historic neighborhood has preserved its welcoming peaceful atmosphere as the city builds around it. Through-streets that once connected shoppers to Lenox Square Mall and Peachtree Street have been closed to car traffic, but still maintain pedestrian walkways for easy walking access…that means no traffic in the neighborhood! The neighborhood also has easy access to PATH400, which allows bike and pedestrian access to the rest of Buckhead.

Adjacent Lenox Square Mall puts on one of the largest fireworks displays in the Southeast, and the entire Peachtree Park neighborhood gathers to enjoy them together. Other fun events include the 4th of July Kids Parade, Easter egg hunt, community garden, and Peachtree Park 5k race.

What We Love

The families that fill the 550 homes in the tight-knit Peachtree Park neighborhood boast the busiest social calendar in Buckhead.

What We Don’t

Being in the heart of the city is a wonderful feature for walkability. However, it makes ingress and egress by vehicle to Peachtree Park a little more of a chore.

Real Estate

Homes in Peachtree Park overflow with character, and inviting curb appeal gives the community a storybook charm. Prices start around $700,000.

Adjacent to Lenox shopping district, bordered on the east by GA 400, northeast of Piedmont Road.
